We're seeking a Patient Care Coordinator who can match our attention to detail and commitment to excellence, someone who sees every patient interaction as an opportunity to make a lasting impression.
The Role
The Patient Care Coordinator is the heartbeat of our front office - calm, organized, and effortlessly polished. You'll be the first voice and face our patients encounter, guiding them through each step of their 360 experience. From appointment coordination to patient education, your goal is simple: make every touchpoint seamless, efficient, and memorable.
What You'll Do
- Welcome with intention: Greet each patient by name, set the tone for their visit, and ensure they feel valued and seen.
- Coordinate the flow: Manage appointments, confirmations, paperwork, and payments with accuracy and grace.
- Stay ahead of the details: Prepare new patient paperwork, invoices, and treatment-day materials before patients even ask.
- Support clinical operations: Assist the back office when needed: rooming patients, restocking, or maintaining flow without missing a beat.
- Maintain brand presence: Keep the front desk and lobby immaculate, assist with patient photo sessions, and support social media or marketing initiatives.
- Communicate clearly: Manage calls, emails, and patient inquiries with prompt, professional follow-up.
Ideal Candidate
- Background in plastic surgery, medical aesthetics, dermatology, or luxury hospitality.
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy matters in every interaction.
- Comfortable with EMR/CRM systems (PatientNow, Nextech, 4D, or similar).
- Professional presentation, approachable demeanor, and emotional intelligence.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
