Responsibilities
As a Senior AI Software Engineer, you will be responsible for

• Developing and maintaining robust AI and machine learning models to solve complex problems in the tech services industry.
• Designing, building, and deploying effective software solutions in line with our company's goals and objectives.
• Leading in the creation and development of innovative prototypes that can be tested and scaled in real-world scenarios.
• Utilizing your extensive knowledge of AWS and APIs to enhance our products and services.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure our software solutions are of the highest quality and meet customer expectations.
• Implementing MLOps practices to automate and improve the efficiency of our machine learning lifecycle.
• Keeping up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies in AI, machine learning, and software engineering to continuously improve our products and services.
• Providing technical leadership and mentoring to junior team members.

Qualifications
To be considered for the Permanent Senior AI Software Engineer role, you must have

• A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. A master's degree or Ph.D. is highly desirable.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in software engineering, with a focus on AI and machine learning.
• Proven experience in prototype development and testing.
• Extensive knowledge of MLOps practices and techniques.
• Proficiency in AWS and API integration.
• Strong programming skills in Python, Java, C++, or other relevant languages.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• A passion for staying up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI, machine learning, and software engineering.
