We are currently hiring a Technician I (Phone & Tablet App Loading) who has prior experience with Mobile Devices. including troubleshooting support for Phones. Below is the complete job description:

Primary Responsibilities:   

  • Set up new configurations for phone and tablets.
  • Install, configure, and upgrade software applications.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve software application and OS related problems.
  • Identify, prioritize, and escalate situations requiring urgent attention.

 Knowledge and Skill Requirements:

  • Technical skills in installation and troubleshooting of relevant software and hardware.
  • Proficient data entry skills
  • Familiarity and experience with Apple or Android phones and Apps

  • Need to be able to work independently with minimal supervision Strong customer service skills.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to learn and adapt quickly to changes.
  • Critical thinking and analytical capabilities in troubleshooting and problem solving.

  • Ability to be flexible and handle stressful situations at times.

Physical Demands:

  • Regular use of hands and fingers to operate a computer keyboard, mouse, and other office equipment.
  • Regular, repetitive movements such as typing, mouse movements, and scrolling. Ability to hear and understand spoken communications, both in person and via remote communication tools (e.g., phone, video conferencing).
  • Ability to see and read computer screens and printed documents, as well as adjust focus. This includes prolonged periods of looking at a computer screen.
