We're looking for driven, competitive, outgoing entry-level Account Executives who aren't afraid to make calls, talk to people, and build relationships. If you're the type who likes to figure things out, move fast, and grow fast, you'll fit right in.

What You'll Do (Day to Day)

This is a hands-on sales role with real responsibility from day one:

  • Make outbound calls, send emails, and connect with businesses on social to open new opportunities
  • Pitch B2E's services and explain how we help brands run amazing events
  • Build and grow your own book of business
  • Create quotes, proposals, and simple pitch decks
  • Work with our operations team to make sure events run smoothly
  • Attend select events to see your clients' activations in action
  • Manage your pipeline and activity
  • Learn the event marketing industry inside and out

You'll have daily coaching, leadership support, and a clear path for growth, but you'll also have freedom to own your accounts and make things happen.

Qualifications

  • 0–2 years of work experience (sales experience is a bonus but not required)
  • Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls
  • Strong communication skills: phone, email, and in-person
  • Organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple projects
  • Big plus: interest in marketing and events.

Compensation & Growth

  • $60,000–$85,000+ first year (base + commissions and incentives)
