About the Role

The goal of the Cannabis Post Harvest Tech is to ensure that all cannabis flowers are harvested, weighed, trimmed and packaged properly then on to QA/QC meet our high-quality standards before being shipped out to dispensaries for sale. You'll play an essential role in maintaining product integrity, supporting our quality goals, and contributing to a fun, collaborative work environment.

General Responsibilities

  • Properly harvest, weigh and report post harvest numbers
  • Trim cannabis to exacting standards.
  • Measure, package, and label cannabis products to meet company, marketing, and customer expectations.
  • Ensure packaging standards are maintained to support quality, safety, and production goals.
  • Follow all sanitary standards, including washing and sanitizing equipment used in post harvest functions.
  • Demonstrate accuracy, thoroughness, and timeliness to meet daily production deadlines.
  • Keep the work area organized and clean throughout the shift.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members to meet targets.
  • Maintain accurate inventory tracking for dry materials used in packaging.
  • Assist in inventory management and ensure proper documentation of all phases of post harvest.
  • Hand trim in a manner consistent with quality product in an efficiant manner
  • Identify issues and notify a manager

Cultivation Agent Card

Production Agent Card a bonus

OSHA 10 General Industry Certification

Schedule & Benefits

Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 8-hour shifts
