What you'll do:

This position supports entry level employees' success by developing a trusting relationship with them, ensuring the mastery of standard processes used to pack and ship high quality plants and flowers, focusing on quality, accuracy, and timeliness. Perform and Train Order Filling Employees

  • Pick correct number and quality of units (may use scanner)
  • Pack and Box orders according to standard work and specifications
  • Consolidate carts & racks with product, adjusting for expiration date
  • Perform cycle counting with adjustments and issue resolution
  • Operate forklift
  • Downgrade products when expired or below spec
  • 50's loading
  • DSD Picking and Loading

This role requires the ability to perform various physical tasks in both hot and cold environments. Work is conducted in A greenhouse environment (~85°F) and a warehouse cold room (40–50°F).

You'll be part of a team that values doing things right the first time, every time, because when we work with focus and precision, we exceed customer expectations and keep operations flowing smoothly.

Pay Range: $19.00/hr - $21.00/hr

Shift Schedule Overview
This is a full-time position with seasonal variations. Flexibility is essential during peak periods.

Typical Shift: Sunday: 6:00 AM, Monday - Wednesday: 8:00 AM- 6:30 PM (10 Hour shifts)

Please Note: There is no fixed end time, your day ends once all tasks are completed, including end-of-day duties.

    • Occasional Friday/Saturday shifts required during the 2 weeks leading up to major holidays:

      Thanksgiving, Christmas, Valentine's Day, Easter, and Mother's Day
  • Shifts may be 10–12 hours during these periods
Holidays & Overtime: Ability to work holidays and overtime as business needs. Please be aware that during peak times, particularly around holidays like Valentine's Day, Easter, and Mother's Day, you may be required to work overtime and on days that are typically your time off. These busy periods may demand flexibility in your schedule.
Skills and Experience Preferred
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred
  • 1–2 years of leadership experience in a warehousing, logistics, or order fulfillment environment.
  • Ability to stand for 8 hours or more during shifts
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
  • Must meet the physical demands of the role including lifting, standing, and moving throughout the facility.
