Schedule: Monday-Friday 8AM-3PM

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and compassionate Home Health Caregiver to provide quality in-home care and support. The caregiver will assist clients with daily living activities, offer companionship, and help with light household tasks to promote comfort, independence, and overall well-being. The ideal candidate is dependable, caring, and committed to making a positive difference. A minimum of one year of hands-on caregiving experience is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility
  • Prepare and serve meals according to dietary needs and preferences
  • Perform light housekeeping tasks such as laundry, dishwashing, and tidying up living areas
  • Monitor and report changes in the client's health, behavior, or environment
  • Remind and assist with medication schedules (as allowed by state regulations)
  • Provide companionship and emotional support
  • Assist with transportation to appointments, errands, or social activities
  • Follow care plans and document services provided
  • Maintain client dignity, confidentiality, and safety at all times

Qualifications:

  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (if transportation assistance is required)
  • Ability to lift 25–50 pounds, depending on client needs
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Patience, empathy, and a strong work ethic
  • 1-year hands-on caregiving experience is preferred

Job Requirements:

  • 18 years old or more
  • Have a valid ID
  • Able to pass a PA criminal background check
  • Able to pass an FBI background check if you have not been a PA resident for 2 years
  • TB Clearance

Work Environment:

  • In-home setting, may vary depending on the client's residence
