Lead with Safety and Quality
- Champion a proactive safety culture through data-driven reviews and visible leadership.
- Empower teams to take ownership of quality at the source.
- Use trends and metrics to drive continuous improvement across safety and quality outcomes.
Drive Operational Excellence
- Apply Lean principles and agile planning to optimize labor, equipment, and materials.
- Lead root cause analysis and resolution efforts to address operational challenges.
- Align daily operations with long-term strategic goals through leader standard work.
Engage and Develop Teams
- Foster a culture of respect, responsiveness, and continuous learning.
- Coach and mentor leadership teams to elevate performance and accountability.
- Support employee well-being and motivation using proven engagement strategies.
Connect Financials to Performance
- Translate operational metrics into financial outcomes using sound accounting principles.
- Identify cost-saving and productivity-enhancing opportunities.
- Develop capital investment strategies aligned with business goals.
Collaborate Across Functions And Communities
- Build strong relationships with cross-functional leaders and key suppliers.
- Represent Marvin in community partnerships and nonprofit initiatives.
- Navigate effectively within a matrixed organizational structure.
You're a good fit if you have (or if you can)
- A bachelor's degree (Engineering or related field preferred); MBA is a plus.
- Minimum five-year's experience as a leader in a manufacturing facility with 400+ employees with responsibility for manufacturing, materials, safety, engineering and continuous improvement is required.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive results in safety, quality, cost, and delivery.
- Experience recruiting, developing, and retaining high-performing talent.

- Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
- Experience navigating a matrixed organization and collaborating across functions.
