Job Title: Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse - New Grads Welcome

We are a private practice, mostly telehealth. We come into the office once per week,. We serve LGBTQAI community and offer supportive therapy and medication management to patients 6 and up.

We need Monday through Friday, one evening per week (at least) or weekends anytime hours per week, choose your own days.

What makes us different? Our appointments are as long as you need them to be. We see our patients as frequently as needed, our patient load is small and we focus on building rapport. Our patient outcomes are great because we can spend as much time as we want with our patients.

This is not a high stress PMHNP job and we've worked hard to make it that way. This is W-2 position. We have a knowledgeable clinic manager and medical assistants to help you with admin tasks. You don't do your own PAs. Only see patients you feel are a good match for your skills. We have a good group of NPs who collaborate with care.

Please note, if you are not specifically interested in our business and what we do, please do not bother applying. Please look at our website: before applying

We can only hire people who are PMHNPs who currently reside in Massachusetts.

Are you burnt out in your current position, or feel like you could really make a difference in your patients lives if you could get out of the conveyor belt of prescribing all day long and really connect with your patients?

We like new grads and we train. We'd also love to bring on more NPs with experience who is interested in offering therapy and med management. Do not reply to this post if you are not interested in providing therapy. We will provide education in therapy.
