Our client is a rapidly scaling fitness and wellness brand with sales across major retailers, Amazon, and their own website. They're looking for a Head of Marketing with the creativity, instinct, and drive to take the brand to the next level and to the top of its category. This isn't a traditional marketing role. This is a position for a creative strategist and cultural thinker who understands what captures attention in 2025. Someone who can combine data, instinct, and storytelling to create scroll-stopping campaigns that go viral and get the whole category talking.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and evolve the brand marketing strategy across retail, Amazon, and DTC.
  • Analyse retailer and consumer data to spot trends, identify opportunities, and inform product innovation.
  • Develop and launch viral social campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and conversion, especially on Google Ads, TikTok and Instagram.
  • Build a forward-thinking content and influencer strategy that creates constant buzz and brand attention.
  • Partner with Product, E-commerce, and Sales to deliver coordinated launches that dominate conversation and sell-through.
  • Lead and inspire a creative, high-performing marketing team.
