What You'll Do

We are seeking a bookkeeper with previous accounts payable/receivable experience along with entering purchase orders and maintaining accurate documentation. We are looking for an individual whose key qualities include being detail-oriented, with a strong work ethic, is dependable, self-motivated, team-oriented, and an effective communicator. Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook and have some background in accounting software (QuickBooks, NetSuite, etc).

  • Keep our supply chain moving smoothly by entering and paying bills
  • Maintaining timecard sheets for employees.
  • Pitch in across the team when needed – helping ensure operations run smoothly from invoice to delivery.

What We're Looking For

  • Authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Ability to work on-site in Golden, CO (M–F, part-time).
  • 3–5 years' experience in bookkeeping, AP/AR, or accounting support.
  • Strong Excel and Office Suite skills (formulas, reconciliations, reporting).
  • Detail-oriented, reliable, and collaborative; excellent communicator.
