Overview
We are seeking an experienced
Infor M3 Functional Consultant (Finance Track)
to support the migration from an on-premise Infor M3 ERP system to
Infor CloudSuite
. This role will lead the financial workstream and act as the bridge between finance, accounting, and operations teams, ensuring alignment between business requirements and Infor M3 functionality.

The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Infor M3 Financial modules and process manufacturing accounting principles, with hands-on experience in designing, configuring, and testing core finance and controlling processes in a multi-site environment.

Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To

• Own the design and configuration of financial modules including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Cost Accounting, and Financial Reporting.
• Lead sessions with finance and operations stakeholders to capture current-state processes, pain points, and reporting requirements across manufacturing sites.
• Develop to-be processes aligned with Infor best practices for manufacturing organizations while accommodating unique business structures and cost center hierarchies.
• Configure Infor M3 financial modules, validate integrations with procurement, inventory, and production modules, and lead unit, integration, and UAT testing cycles.
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless data flows between M3 Finance and external systems (payroll, banking, reporting, BI tools).
• Support development of standardized financial reports, cost tracking, and audit controls to enhance transparency and compliance.
• Partner with Factory Track and Supply Chain consultants to ensure end-to-end process integration from procurement through production and financial close.
• Work with the Change Management team to develop training materials, user guides, and adoption plans for finance and operations teams.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• 5+ years implementing or supporting Infor M3 Finance modules (or equivalent ERP financial applications such as SAP FICO or Oracle Financials).
• Deep knowledge of financial processes in manufacturing/agriculture settings: GL, AP/AR, Cost Accounting, Fixed Assets, and Financial Close.
• Proven track record configuring and optimizing Infor M3 Financial applications for multi-entity, multi-currency organizations.
• Experience integrating finance with operational modules (Procurement, Inventory, Production, Quality).
• Familiarity with IFRS/GAAP standards and manufacturing costing structures.
• Excellent communication skills — able to translate complex financial concepts into technical requirements and vice versa.
• Comfortable facilitating workshops with CFOs, Controllers, and Plant Accountants.
• Prior experience with Infor Implementation Accelerator (IA) for Finance.
• Exposure to Infor OS, ION, and Birst reporting tools.
• Experience with multi-site rollouts in process manufacturing or consumer packaged goods industries.
• CPA or equivalent financial certification preferred.

Compensation range for position is $ 117,000 – 160,000 DOE.
