Job Summary:
Provides high-level administrative support to the Chief Medical Officer and five Assistant Chief Medical Officers, aligning with Vice President-level leadership. Responsibilities include complex calendar coordination, meeting minutes, travel planning, itinerary development, and the drafting of executive communications. This role requires frequent interaction across departments at Froedtert Hospital as well as the Medical College of Wisconsin and serves as a visible liaison within the organization. Produces polished spreadsheets, reports, presentations, agendas, and correspondence tailored to leadership needs. Exercises sound judgment and discretion in managing confidential information, welcoming guests, screening calls, and supporting strategic initiatives and special projects. Scope of duties may vary based on the needs of each leader.

EXPERIENCE DESCRIPTION:
A minimum of 5 years of Administrative or equivalent experience is required.

EDUCATION DESCRIPTION:
High School diploma or equivalent is required.

SPECIAL SKILLS DESCRIPTION:
The ability to multi-task and adapt with time sensitive situations working autonomously with other leaders. Ability to use discretion with handling sensitive information. Competence in the use and knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
