We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Event Security for various Super Bowl LX in Santa Clara and across the Bay Area.

As a Security Guard with Quest Event Management, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a secure and welcoming atmosphere at events. We are looking for individuals who have a valid CA Security license (Guard Card), are customer service-oriented, friendly, and have a keen eye for detail. Weekly Pay/ All shifts available

$27 /hr (with active CA state security license) *

• pay rate specific to SUPER BOWL LX EVENTS & contingent on having a valid, California security license.

Quest Event Management is looking to hire security staff to work official Super Bowl LX events. This position is responsible for checking bags, enforcing access control and implementing policies and procedures for the safety of the guests while providing superior customer service.

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Those duties necessary to meet the minimum requirements of the position. Other duties may be assigned.
Assist in all aspects of event day preparation and execution.

• Allow appropriate entry into each venue, may collect and/or scan tickets, verify wristbands and badges, direct traffic coming in and out of the venue.
  
• Screen guests during entry via bag searching, hand wand or metal detector, and ID verification.

• Protect guests, staff, and venue ownership group assets by watching for security breaches at vital checkpoints.

• Remain attentive and observant to identify and respond to any potential security issues.

• Respond quickly to potential crowd control issues and provide escorts for unruly guests when ejections are warranted.

• Collaborate with fellow security team members and event staff to maintain a cohesive and effective security presence.

• Demonstrate an understanding of the policies, procedures and regulations of different venues, facilities and events.
• Provide a positive experience for guests as they arrive at your facility entrance, aisle, concourse area or other location
• Provide guests with helpful directions and/or suggestions that will enhance their entertainment experience.
• Stand for extended periods (4-5 hours) to monitor and oversee designated areas.
• Provide excellent customer service to event attendees, creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere.
• Enforce event rules and policies to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.

• As a condition of employment, a candidate must have a valid California Guard Card

• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations

• Must complete the NFL Credentialing process
• Must be able to use good independent judgment and discretion.
• Must be able to work overtime as needed
• Outstanding oral and written communication skills.
