About Us

MyFundedFutures is a proprietary trading firm that funds traders through performance-based evaluations. Our mission is to provide a transparent, fair, and seamless experience for traders as they move from evaluation to funded accounts and beyond.

We're seeking a
Program Manager – Evaluations
to take full ownership of the evaluation process. This role will ensure our evaluations run smoothly, rules are applied consistently, and traders experience clarity and fairness at every step.

Role Overview

The Program Manager – Evaluations will be responsible for
designing, running, and optimizing the operational flow of our evaluation programs
. You'll work closely with product, risk, support, and engineering teams to ensure that account setups, rule enforcement, scaling, and payouts are executed seamlessly.

This role reports to the Head of Product and serves as the
day-to-day owner of the evaluation lifecycle
, making sure the core of our business runs efficiently and competitively.

Responsibilities

  • Own and manage the
    end-to-end evaluation process
    (from signup to funded account transition).
  • Ensure
    evaluation rules, scaling plans, and payout structures
    are applied consistently.
  • Collaborate with engineering to streamline automation of account setups, resets, and scaling.
  • Partner with Trader Experience and Support teams to provide clear communication of evaluation rules.
  • Track and report key metrics: pass/fail rates, average evaluation time, payout timelines.
  • Identify inefficiencies or trader pain points and implement process improvements.
  • Benchmark evaluation programs against competitors for fairness and competitiveness.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in
    program management, operations, or trading-related roles
    .
  • Strong organizational and process-building skills.
  • Familiarity with
    trading platforms
    (Rithmic, NinjaTrader, Tradovate, etc.) or financial account systems.
  • Excellent communication skills; able to translate complex rules into clear workflows.
  • Analytical mindset with experience tracking KPIs and using data to drive improvements.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in futures, prop trading, or brokerage operations.
  • Background in compliance or risk monitoring.
  • Previous experience working cross-functionally with product/engineering teams.
