Job Summary

Lexus of Manchester is seeking a dedicated and organized Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer support while managing various administrative tasks. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Hours: Mon-Fri 8AM-5PM (slightly flexible)

Duties

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner, ensuring a positive first impression.
  • Manage incoming phone calls and direct them to the appropriate personnel using phone systems efficiently.
  • Assist with scheduling service appointments and answering basic questions.
  • Perform clerical duties such as typing, filing, and data entry to support daily operations.
  • Collaborate with managers to make sure everyone's experience and communications are consistent.

Experience

  • Prior Reception or Customer Service experience preferred.
  • Attention to detail and multitasking skills
  • Good phone etiquette and problem solving skills
