The key responsibility for this role includes:

  • Managing multi-line phone system
  • Organize and maintain filing systems
  • Schedule and coordinate inspections
  • Enter customer information into company software
  • Dispatch emergency service calls
  • Perform data entry tasks
  • Maintain and update spreadsheets
  • Track job progress and status
  • Communicate and update TPA platforms
  • Accounts Receivable
  • Provide exceptional customer service

All candidates must have the following qualifications:

  • Proven experience in an administrative support role
  • Familiarity with office management systems and practices
  • Proficient with office equipment such as printers, scanners, and fax machines
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word)
  • Excellent time management and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Skilled in QuickBooks/Accounting Software
  • Typing speed of 45+ words per minute
  • High School diploma or equivalent

This is a full-time position- Monday through Friday 8AM to 5APM with occasional overtime and on call weekend rotation after training.
