General Manager- Food and Nutrition Services in Healthcare Environment

Requirements

· Have oversight of day-to-day operations

· Deliver high quality food service

· Achieve company and client financial targets and goals

· Develop and maintain client and customer relationships

· Develop strategic plans

· Commuting to location M-F and weekends as necessary

What You Bring

· A work history demonstrating strong leadership skills.

  • A true commitment to Nursing Relationships and the Patient Experience.

· Experience managing in a union environment.

· The ability to prioritize tasks and exhibit flexibility to take on additional responsibilities as needed.

· Proficient in computer skills and report management experience.

Compensation: $130,000 - $140,000

Compensation is determined by your education level or years of relevant experience. Salary offers are based on specific criteria, like experience, skills, education, and training. A benefits package that may include:

Minimum Qualifications & Requirements

· Minimum Education Requirement - Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience

· Minimum Management Experience – 5 years

· Minimum Functional Experience – 5 years
