Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. This role is essential in providing exceptional service to our customers while effectively managing their inquiries and concerns. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a passion for helping others, ensuring that every customer interaction is positive and productive.

Duties

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, providing accurate information and assistance.
  • Handle customer complaints with empathy and professionalism, striving to resolve issues efficiently.
  • Engage in outside sales activities by identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products or services.
  • Utilize negotiation skills to reach mutually beneficial agreements with customers.
  • Support retail sales efforts by assisting customers in product selection and providing detailed product knowledge.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the sales administration system.
  • Analyze customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement in service delivery.
  • Provide bilingual support as needed, enhancing communication with diverse customer groups.
  • Conduct telemarketing outreach to potential customers, promoting products and services effectively.
  • Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations when handling sensitive customer information.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in customer service or related fields, with a focus on sales or insurance sales preferred.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively.
  • Multilingual or bilingual capabilities are highly desirable to better serve our diverse clientele.
  • Familiarity with benefits administration processes is a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze situations and provide effective solutions promptly.
  • Previous experience in marketing or telemarketing is advantageous but not required.
