Required Skills & Experience

  • 3 years as a functional business architect or 7-10+ years as a business analyst with an interest in architecture

  • Ability to communicate technical terms to business concepts using context, data flow, and deployment diagrams

  • Background in creating value stream diagrams, business capabilities maps, and pricing syllabi

  • Well-versed in turning use cases into business deliverables that are executed by technical solution and enterprise architects

  • Experience with multi-system integrations and an understanding of domain-driven design and microservices architecture

  • Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

  • Experience in the retail or supply chain industry

  • Knowledge of SAP S/4

Job Description

This person will play a strategic role in aligning business goals with operational execution. This individual designs business capability models, evaluates organizational processes, and collaborates with senior leadership to drive transformation initiatives. The role bridges the gap between business strategy and technology implementation/ IT architecture, ensuring scalable and sustainable growth, especially within their Pricing Domain. Day to day, they'll be responsible for creating context and data flow diagrams as well as developing value stream maps and investment models to support strategic decisions. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication, facilitation, and analytical skills. The rate will be between $45-53/hr.
