Your Role: Community Receptionist

As a Community Receptionist, you'll be the welcoming face of one of our large, upscale apartment communities in Rancho Cucamonga, CA. In this role, you'll provide professional front-desk greeting, administrative support, and energetic customer service to potential and current residents.

This position is currently based at our Chino community as part of a backfill need. Upon completion of this assignment, the selected candidate will transition to a similar role at another Lewis property within our portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

  • Warmly greet and assist residents, guests, and prospects
  • Manage phones and email correspondence
  • Coordinate calendars and schedule appointments
  • Maintain marketing materials and front-desk displays
  • Collaborate with leasing consultants and community managers
  • Support community events and special projects as needed

What You'll Need

  • Professionalism, polish, and a welcoming personality
  • Experience in upscale retail, receptionist, or sales environments a plus
  • Excellent organizational skills, multi-tasking ability, and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • A valid driver's license is preferred
  • Availability to work 9:00am–6:00pm, weekends required (days off: Monday and Tuesday)

Compensation & Perks

    • The Lewis Group of Companies reasonably expects to pay $21.50/ hour per experiencefor this role, with actual compensation based on skills, experience, location, and business needs.
