Customer Support Specialist – Full Time (Miami, FL)

WoodyWalls, a fast-growing building materials and interior design company, is looking for a motivated Customer Support Specialist to join our team

If you're passionate about helping customers, enjoy solving problems, and want to grow in the world of interior design and e-commerce, this role is for you.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide friendly and professional customer support by phone and email.
  • Help customers with product information, orders, returns, and tracking updates.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and assist with marketing activities.
  • Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth day-to-day processes.

Qualifications:

  • 1–2 years of customer support or customer service experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent written and spoken English; Russian is a strong advantage.
  • Detail-oriented, reliable, and able to work independently.
  • Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills.
