As we expand operations across the United States, we're seeking a dynamic and personable Business Development Representative to introduce local businesses to our delivery service.

Position Overview:

As a Business Development Representative at Pinkbot, you'll play a key role in growing our merchant base in Chicago. You'll approach local merchants, educate them on the benefits of our delivery program, and convert them into partners. This is a unique opportunity to be part of an innovative team, working in a fast-paced, ever-evolving industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and approach merchants across Miami, introducing them to Pinkbot's delivery services.
  • Present and communicate the benefits of Pinkbot, addressing merchant questions and establishing yourself as a trusted subject matter expert.
  • Drive new business acquisitions by building and maintaining strong relationships with prospective clients.
  • Leverage understanding of delivery platforms like Uber, DoorDash, and Grubhub to position Pinkbot as a superior solution.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales interactions in a CRM and report feedback to the internal team.
  • Collaborate with other team members, sharing insights and contributing to a positive team culture.

Requirements:

  • Experience in B2B sales with a proven track record in generating new business.
  • Proficient in using CRM programs, specifically HubSpot.
  • Comfortable working within a startup environment, embracing adaptability and agility.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a friendly, driven approach.
  • Ability to work independently while being an effective team player.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

  • Previous sales experience in the CPG industry.
  • Previous experience or familiarity with the restaurant or foodservice industry.
