We are searching for a dependable Property Maintenance Technician to join our Property Management Division. The PMT responsibilities include ensuring worksites are clean and safe, using hand tools, and power tools to complete your assigned task. You will be working in the areas of painting, carpentry, flooring, electrical and plumbing, and basic hvac.

An outstanding Property Maintenance Technician should be hungry to expand their skill set and increase their level of expertise. You should also be willing to learn from other crew members and receive off-site training wherever possible.

We are rapidly growing our Property Maintenance division and are looking for someone that's looking for a career and company to grow with. We are looking for someone positive, open minded, dedicated, willing to learn, take part in our growing Lemonade Team. We are hiring for this position

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Use hand tools and a variety of power tools.
  • Have knowledge in drywall patching and painting.
  • Perform work by using their own methods or following standardized procedures and directions.
  • Assisting with various electrical and plumbing installation procedures.
  • Conducting minor repairs and completing tasks revolved around unit turns / rent ready jobs. Such tasks include inspecting a/c and furnace units, basic home repairs requiring carpentry skills, door/window installation, basic plumbing like changing faucets or repairing toilets, painting, basic electrical like replacing light fixtures, appliance repairs, and other such tasks.
  • Be responsible for the quality of the work you perform.
  • Moving materials to the worksite and ensuring all tools, machinery, and other equipment are safely set up.
  • Obeying health and safety codes, as well as the company's principles.
  • Attending meetings and workshops.
  • Completing on-the-job training.
  • Ensuring tasks are completed to deadlines.

Minimum Requirements

  • High school diploma or similar.
  • 1-3 years experience in the construction trades.
  • Valid Drivers License and reliable transportation.
  • Sound knowledge of construction and practical experience with tools.
  • Painting, electrical, plumbing, and construction knowledge.
  • Excellent time management, organizational, and communication skills.
  • A good understanding of safety procedures.
  • Willingness to learn and be flexible.
  • Positive attitude and great interpersonal skills. Team mentality.
