Talent Specialist

What You'll Do:

As a Talent Specialist, you'll play a vital role in connecting great people with great jobs. You'll work hands-on with candidates and clients alike to ensure the perfect match for a wide range of opportunities — from temp gigs to full-time placements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • ·Recruit, screen, and interview candidates for temporary, temp-to-hire, and direct hire positions.
  • ·Partner with client companies to understand hiring needs and deliver tailored staffing solutions.
  • ·Maintain detailed candidate records and manage placement pipelines.
  • ·Build rapport quickly and cultivate trust with both talent and clients.
  • ·Communicate clearly and professionally — both in writing and in conversation.
  • ·Navigate between tasks like a pro in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.

  • ·Strong computer skills and the ability to learn new platforms quickly.
  • ·A people person who loves helping others succeed.
  • ·Bonus points for experience in staffing, recruiting, customer service, or retail — but it's not required.

Perks, Pay & Benefits:

Salary: $46,000–$52,000 (DOE) + Monthly Commissions

Schedule: Mon–Fri, 8am – 430pm (No weekends)

Paid Time Off + Paid Holidays (Yes, your birthday too)
