As a Talent Specialist, you'll play a vital role in connecting great people with great jobs. You'll work hands-on with candidates and clients alike to ensure the perfect match for a wide range of opportunities — from temp gigs to full-time placements.
Recruit, screen, and interview candidates for temporary, temp-to-hire, and direct hire positions.
·Maintain detailed candidate records and manage placement pipelines.
·A team player with a customer-first mindset.
·Strong computer skills and the ability to learn new platforms quickly.
·A people person who loves helping others succeed.
·Bonus points for experience in staffing, recruiting, customer service, or retail — but it's not required.
