When it comes to where you work, we know you've got choices…here's what we provide

• Pay Rate Negotiable based on experience
• Position Status 20+ hours per week, Part-time
• Schedule Monday-Friday 930 am - 230 pm, (with ability to adjust work schedule to accommodate outreach events or complete other project requirements)

Here's what to expect on the job

• Plan, execute, and evaluate events and outreach initiatives for the AgrAbility Project.
• Build and maintain strong community and agency partnerships to expand program reach.
• Develop and manage digital marketing and social media strategies across multiple platforms.
• Oversee website design, updates, and digital content to drive engagement and referrals.
• Coordinate marketing campaigns and promotional materials, analyzing data to measure success.
• Track and report outreach outcomes while ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of all records.

Minimum requirements

• Valid Driver's License and 6 months previous driving experience
• Associate's Degree or technical certification within a related area is expected
• Bachelor's degree within a related field is preferred
• 2 to 5 years of previous job-related experience

Preferred, but not required

• Knowledge of individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities and/or autism
• Understanding of Assistive Technology
