We use AI-powered role-playing to create realistic, interactive scenarios where users can practice their skills and gain confidence. We are an early-stage company founded by a small, dedicated team, and you will work directly with the co-founders to shape the core of our user experience. We are looking for someone who is excited about building a transformational product.

What You'll Do

Your primary responsibility is to design the conversations that power our platform. You will directly shape the product and user experience by creating the content that our users interact with. This involves:

  • Designing and writing engaging, realistic role-play scenarios for our AI avatars.
  • Developing detailed prompts that shape the AI's personality, knowledge, and conversational flow.
  • Researching complex sales methodologies and psychological principles and distilling them into simple, actionable concepts.
  • Rigorously testing the AI conversations to ensure they are effective, educational, and provide a seamless user experience.
  • Refining and iterating on scenarios and prompts based on testing and feedback.

Who You Are

  • You are an exceptional writer with a proven talent for making complex topics feel simple and clear.
  • You are highly organized and can manage a creative process from initial research to final implementation.
  • You express yourself clearly and thoughtfully, both in writing and in person.
  • You are comfortable with ambiguity and adapt well to changing priorities. You understand that in a small team, you have to wear many hats.
  • A background in sales or psychology is a plus, but a passion for simple and effective communication is essential.
