Job Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced Enterprise / Principal Architect to lead the design, strategy, and implementation of next-generation AI-driven enterprise solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in OpenAI technologies, Agentic AI frameworks, Python development, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) to architect scalable and intelligent systems across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and drive the enterprise architecture vision for AI and cloud-enabled solutions.
  • Design and implement scalable architectures leveraging OpenAI models, Agentic AI, and LLM-based systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure technical alignment and architectural best practices.
  • Provide thought leadership on integrating AI workflows, microservices, and data pipelines across business units.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies and guide adoption strategies for AI, ML, and cloud-native services.
  • Ensure system reliability, scalability, and compliance with enterprise security and governance standards.
  • Mentor technical teams and provide architectural guidance throughout the development lifecycle.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 12+ years of experience in enterprise architecture, AI systems, and cloud-native development.
  • Deep expertise in
    Python, OpenAI APIs (GPT, fine-tuning, embeddings, etc.), and Agentic AI
    frameworks.
  • Strong hands-on experience with
    AWS and GCP cloud ecosystems (architecture, deployment, monitoring).
  • Proven track record designing
    enterprise-scale AI/ML or intelligent automation systems.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills with experience influencing executive stakeholders.
  • Prior experience in
    healthcare or payer systems
    is a strong plus.
