As a Security Professional - Telecom Facility Patrol in Greenwood, IN, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom, and more.

As an unarmed patrol officer with Allied Universal at a leading tech, media, and telecom location, you will monitor and patrol designated areas to help to deter security-related incidents and provide a welcoming atmosphere for everyone on site. Your presence and proactive approach will contribute to a secure environment while delivering outstanding customer service and clear communication. Pay Rate: $17.43 / Hour

Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, responding appropriately to emergency situations as needed.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm and problem-solving manner, following established protocols for the location.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and surrounding perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.
• Monitor access points and report any unusual activity or potential threats within the location.
• Collaborate with site staff and visitors to address questions and provide assistance regarding security-related matters.
• Document incidents and daily activities accurately and promptly according to Allied Universal guidelines.
• Support the maintenance of a secure environment for employees, visitors, and assets at the location.

Minimum Requirements:

• Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
