Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee all accounting controls, financial reporting, and operational finance functions.
  • Drive financial vision, strategy, and pricing initiatives, including ad-hoc financial modeling and analysis.
  • Partner closely with the Board and executive leadership to support major business decisions and long-term planning.
  • Elevate the finance department through strong leadership, process improvement, and operational excellence.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of progressive financial leadership experience
    , ideally within an engineering or construction environment.
  • Demonstrated success leading financial initiatives and improving financial operations.
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively with executive teams and Boards of Directors.
  • Strong technical aptitude, including advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Excel.
  • Experience with certified payroll processes and payroll management.
  • Exceptional communication skills, strategic mindset, and a track record of driving results.
