The Impact You'll Make
Reporting to the Manager, Revenue Operations, the Revenue Operations Analyst will enhance data governance and improve operational efficiency across Upside's Go-To-Market (GTM) organization. This role balances execution and ownership, managing sanctioned data assets, building automation, and serving as an expert on connecting systems and improving processes. The Analyst will also partner with stakeholders to address data challenges.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and resolve data-related challenges, designing solutions that improve reporting, analysis, and processes
  • Own and manage consolidated and sanctioned data assets (e.g., site list) used by cross-functional teams
  • Design and implement automation and integrations across GTM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Snowflake, Census, Hex)
  • Support and manage key vendor data platforms (e.g., , Brizo)
  • Oversee and improve data quality processes
  • Ensure compliance with data governance standards and contribute to regulatory readiness

Competencies You'll Need

  • 3+ years in revenue operations, sales operations, or a related operational role
  • Demonstrated expertise with data automation and governance platforms (e.g., Hex, Census), including familiarity with applying AI tools, agents, or intelligent automation to operational workflows—or a strong aptitude and willingness to learn
  • Working proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., SQL, Python)
  • Experience integrating data across multiple systems
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
  • Background in process improvement or project management methodologies
  • High level of organization and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with shifting priorities and cross-functional demands

Location:
This hybrid role is based in our Austin, Chicago, DC, or NYC office. In-office attendance is required on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday, and may increase based on project-based needs and changes to Upside's in-office policy over time.

Compensation
The U.S. base salary range for this full-time position is $105, ,000 + equity + benefits. The final starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions.
