Your role
Work with clients and end users to gather, understand and define business requirementsAssist with ongoing system Salesforce Commerce Cloud administration including but not limited to: creating products, promotions, source codes, gift cards, coupons, sales tax and merchandising the site, configuration of Security functionalityMaintain database integrity and accuracy via data cleansing, data uploadsAssist with release evaluations including defining scope and priorities for system initiativesTroubleshoot production issues in a timely manner and provide internal support when neededLead end users during User Acceptance Testing (UAT) & regression testing to accurately prioritize defects and re-test resolved issuesTrain customer personnel to Manage the StorefrontYour skills and experience
5+ years' experience as a Salesforce Core Business Analyst/Administrator with focus on B2B CommerceExpert Level Experience with Salesforce Commerce Core AdministrationLife at Capgemini
