$18 per hour

We are looking for someone with a passion for both hospitality and customer service. Between walking dogs, delivering meals, providing companionship, serving as a first responder and liaison between emergency personnel, helping to coordinate communication between residents and other team members, and generally knowing everything that's going on in every corner of the building, our Resident Services team stays extremely busy

You will be directly responsible for Resident happiness Your job duties will include hourly interaction with our residents to help assist them with a variety of tasks including wellness checks, meal reminders and scheduling transportation requests. You will also be responsible for answering phones and helping assist with the ebb and flow of resident and guest questions as people come to you for answers.

The hours we are filling for this position are Sunday as well as two other shifts each week from 7am-7pm. You will need to have flexibility and be available to work other shifts, including holidays and overnight shifts as needed.

The ideal candidate will:

  • Be committed to and passionate about 100% customer satisfaction
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
  • Be available to work weekends and holidays as needed and scheduled
  • Have at least two years of experience as in a busy setting, preferably in a hotel or similar hospitality environment
  • Be excellent at handling multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Have a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and basic office equipment
  • Be able to physically cover the expanse of our large campus quickly as needed
  • Have a clean driving record and valid driver's license as you will be operating Touchmark vehicles
  • Be able to maintain patient and tactful composure when dealing with residents, family members, staff members and visitors
