Volkswagen Cypress is part of the Feel Good Auto Group — the #1 Volkswagen group in America. We're growing fast and looking for an experienced, detail-oriented Automotive Billing Clerk to join our team and help us maintain the highest standards of accuracy and excellence.

As a Billing Clerk, you'll be responsible for processing and verifying all new and used vehicle sales transactions, reviewing deal paperwork, handling payoffs, and maintaining precise financial records. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and comfortable working with technology — especially CDK — to ensure billing integrity and safeguard dealership revenue.

Responsibilities

  • Review and verify deal jackets for accuracy, completeness, and compliance
  • Ensure all monies are received and properly recorded for new and used car deals
  • Verify titles and process payoffs for trade-ins
  • Process used-vehicle wholesales, purchases, and floor plan payoffs
  • Maintain and reconcile vehicle inventory schedules
  • Verify Finance & Insurance (F&I) documentation and issue referral and lien payoff checks
  • Provide administrative support to management and other departments
  • Review accounting schedules weekly
  • Perform other related duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of automotive billing experience required
  • CDK experience strongly preferred
  • Strong computer, 10-key, and typing skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Organized, self-motivated, and able to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Basic accounting knowledge
  • Professional communication and interpersonal skills
