Interview Process:

Position: Sr. Cloud Engineer/Architect

Day to day
:

* Leads cloud architecture development focusing on improving availability, performance, and business continuity of the production systems and services.

* Design, implement, and support M365 services (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Defender for Office 365 etc).

* Lead tenant hardening and secure configuration aligned with financial compliance frameworks.

* Manage M365 lifecycle policies (e.g., mail retention, DLP, eDiscovery, encryption, Purview compliance).

Identity & Access Management (IAM)

* Architect and maintain Azure AD / Entra ID with robust Conditional Access and MFA policies.

* Implement and manage Privileged Identity Management (PIM) and Just-in-Time (JIT) access.

* Integrate SaaS and internal financial applications with Azure AD for seamless SSO and provisioning.

* Maintain entitlement management, access reviews, and identity lifecycle automation.

Security & Compliance

* Collaborate with infosec on Zero Trust policies, insider risk, and IAM threat mitigation.

* Align all identity and M365 configurations with SOX, GLBA, FFIEC, and internal audit standards.

* Participate in audits and provide documentation for compliance reporting.

Automation & Monitoring

* Automate M365 and IAM operations using PowerShell, Graph API, or Logic Apps.

* Create dashboards and reports on access, authentication, and license usage

Must haves:

  • Must be very strong across the board -
    Architecture, engineering and design. Candidates need to have built, designed and implemented Azure landing zones and tenants from start
  • Experience in
    heavily regulated industries:
    Finance, Healthcare, to understand the compliance issues that come up.
  • Should have foundation in Infosec.
  • Experience in a
    large global organization
    is critical
  • 5+ years' architecture, design of Office 365 experience
  • 5+ years' implementing and designing identity and access management systems.
  • 5+ years' architecture, design of SaaS and cloud hosted machines and systems experience.
  • 5+ years' experience providing enterprise support within a FINRA compliant organization or department.

plus.

-SC-300: Microsoft Identity and Access Administrator Associate

-MS-500: Microsoft 365 Security Administrator

-AZ-104 or SC-400

-CISSP or equivalent security cert

* Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Engineering
