What You'll Do
- Spearhead planning, design, and construction services for cutting-edge wastewater projects, from pipelines to pump stations to treatment facilities.
- Lead master plans and technical studies that shape the future of water recovery.
- Mentor our rising talent and build lasting client relationships that drive innovation.
- Take the reins on strategy, marketing, and contract negotiations to win transformative work.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and tap into Jacobs' powerhouse network of technical experts.

Here's what you'll need
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil, Chemical, Mechanical engineering, or a related discipline.
- Professional Engineer (PE) Licensure from the State of California or ability to obtain within 12 months.
- Demonstrated understanding of wastewater collection and conveyance systems, pump stations, and treatment facilities.
- Strong communication skills.
- Demonstrated self-starter.
- Project management experience for wastewater utility projects, along with related master planning, design, and project development experience.
- Demonstrated ability to develop relationships with clients and win work.
Ideally, you'll also have
- 10+ years of experience.
- Strong network with Northern California municipalities and exceptional client-facing skills.
- Enthusiasm for mentoring and inspiring collaboration across teams.

Jacobs has an unlimited U.S. Personalized Paid Time Off (PPTO) policy for full-time salaried/exempt employees, seven paid holidays, one floating holiday, and caregiver leave. And certain roles may be eligible for additional rewards, including merit increases, performance discretionary bonus, and stock.
The base salary range for this position is $119,800.00 to $221, Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
