Associate Veterinarian – Phoenix, Arizona

An established small animal practice in Phoenix, Arizona is seeking a dedicated Associate Veterinarian to join its compassionate and growing team. This role is ideal for a doctor who values collaboration, autonomy, and a supportive environment where quality medicine and strong client relationships come first.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver comprehensive medical, surgical, and dental care for companion animals

  • Build trusted client relationships through communication and education

  • Partner with veterinary technicians and team members to ensure seamless patient care

  • Maintain medical records and uphold professional standards of care

  • Contribute to a positive, team-focused culture that values compassion and learning

Qualifications:

  • Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD) degree

  • Eligibility for licensure in Arizona

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • Commitment to collaborative, high-quality patient care
