We provide a trustworthy listing discovery experience by (1) eliminating catalog defects and discovery risk, and (2) ensuring listings are compliant with regulations and policy. We provide a trustworthy order experience by (3) connecting customers with selling partners with a good track record of order performance, (4) ensuring customers receive authentic products in the condition they expect, and (5) in the rare chance the order experience does not meet customer expectations, protecting them by making things right with our A-to-z Guarantee.
