Business Development Manager

*Position title is flexible based on candidate's experience.

This highly visible position has responsibilities for developing new client business with biotechnology companies. The incumbent will execute processes for lead generation and build a sales pipeline for achieving revenue goals.

Job Type: Full-time

Job Responsibilities:

· Lead business growth in the US and EU by executing a proven and measured process.

· Develop effective sales strategies under the direction of upper management.

· Identify quality business leads and work with upper management to set clear priorities.

· Cultivate relationships with biotech companies and work with our subject matter experts to secure new business opportunities.

· Represent the company to potential clients and conference venues in a professional and effective manner.

· Utilize CRM and other tools, including Salesforce, LinkedIn, etc.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degrees in Business or Sciences required.

· Demonstrated successful new client acquisition.

· Between 1-3 years of business development experience.

Skills and Requirements:

· Understanding of how to set sales goals and performance metrics.

· Confidence to execute all sales activities from prospecting, lead qualification and contracting.

· Time management focus with ability to prioritize new client acquisition goals.

· Excellent English communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
