Marketing / Events Manager

Position Overview
Our client, a real estate management company, is looking for a Marketing / Events Manager to join their team ASAP, ideally in a temp to perm capacity This will be hybrid onsite at their Fort Myers location. 

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and activate marketing plans, including consumer promotions, community programs, and tenant-focused initiatives.
• Propose fresh ideas for new marketing channels, campaigns, and creative concepts.
• Plan, coordinate, and oversee onsite events, including event setup, takedown, and pre-event preparation.
• Create internal and retailer-facing communications, such as newsletters, memos, announcements, flyers, and promotional assets.
• Track, measure, and report on marketing performance using analytical tools (HubSpot, MailChimp, etc.).
• Manage relationships with external marketing partners, agencies, and vendors to ensure campaigns are delivered on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of marketing experience, including managing or supporting consumer events from concept to execution.
• Background in retail, shopping centers, commercial real estate, or hospitality - strongly preferred.
• Experience working across digital and social media platforms.
• Proficiency with MailChimp and HubSpot (a plus).
• Strong skills in budget management, organization, and project coordination.
• A proactive mindset, creativity, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, community-driven environment.
