Marketing Manager (Full-Time, Hybrid)
Location: Brickell, Miami, FL (South Florida Only)
We are a growing digital marketing and lead generation agency
focused on helping
local service-based businesses
generate
qualified leads and booked appointments
. We're looking for a
hands-on Marketing Manager
to work
directly with the CEO
and sit on top of execution, quality control, client communication, CRM performance, and internal operations.
This is a
hybrid role
— mostly remote, with regular in-office collaboration in
Brickell, Miami
, and
quarterly travel to client locations
.
Must-Have Requirements
- Based in South Florida (local candidates only)
- Full-time availability
- 3+ years experience in a marketing agency
, previously working as: - Marketing Manager
- Project Manager
- Operations Manager
- Account Manager
- Proven experience managing lead generation campaigns
for local service-based businesses, with a strong focus on
booked appointments and ROI - Extremely organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and execution-focused
Core Responsibilities
Marketing & Project Management
- Own
day-to-day project management
across marketing, creative, CRM, web, and operations - Manage timelines, priorities, deliverables, and dependencies across teams
- Ensure work is executed correctly, on time, and aligned with client goals
- Organize and maintain all marketing documents, assets, and reporting
Quality Control & Execution Oversight
- Perform
quality control
across all client deliverables - Review client websites and landing pages to ensure:
- Strong design and user experience
- Clear messaging and calls-to-action
- Forms, tracking, and workflows function correctly
- Monitor developers and ensure web tasks are completed properly
- Verify automations, workflows, and integrations are firing correctly
- Proactively identify issues and resolve them before they impact clients
Website & Design Projects
- Manage
website design and landing page projects - Create clear design briefs and content briefs
for designers and writers - Coordinate with designers, developers, and content writers from start to launch
- Ensure websites and pages are conversion-focused and optimized for lead generation
Social Media & Creative Coordination
- Build and manage
social media content calendars - Coordinate with designers and content creators to ensure timely delivery
- Review creative for quality, brand alignment, and client objectives
- Manage approvals and publishing schedules
Email Marketing & Newsletters
- Oversee
email marketing and newsletters - Coordinate with clients, designers, and content writers to gather content and approvals
- Ensure campaigns are launched on time and aligned with strategy
CRM & Lead Management (GoHighLevel – GHL)
- Monitor
GoHighLevel (GHL)
daily - Ensure leads are:
- Called promptly
- Followed up consistently via call and text
- Booked into client calendars
- Make calls when needed to
qualify leads and secure appointments - Ensure no leads fall through the cracks
Client Communication & Account Management
- Serve as the
primary point of contact
for a small group of clients - Lead
monthly reporting calls
and strategy reviews - Conduct
quarterly in-person client visits
(and additional visits if needed) - Manage expectations, resolve issues, and ensure client satisfaction
Team Leadership & Weekly Execution Calls
- Run
weekly cross-functional calls
with: - Media buyers
- Developers
- SEO team
- Social media team
- Ensure all departments are aligned, on track, and executing
- Flag issues early and take ownership of fixing them
- Follow up on action items to ensure completion
Agency Operations & SOPs
- Help
organize and systemize the agency - Create, document, and improve SOPs
for marketing, CRM, onboarding, and internal workflows - Identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements
- Support scaling efforts by tightening execution and accountability
Client Onboarding & Offboarding
- Manage
client onboarding
: - Kickoff coordination
- Access collection
- CRM setup and workflows
- Campaign readiness
- Manage
client offboarding
professionally and cleanly - Ensure smooth transitions with no loose ends
Reporting & CEO Communication
- Track performance across campaigns, CRM, and operations
- Provide clear weekly updates to the
CEO - Surface risks, opportunities, and recommendations proactively
