The Customer Service Specialist is the point of contact for Revel Vet's Pet Parents and their pets. As the "first smile" people see (and hear), we count on you to be sure every person who visits understands what an amazing job we think they're doing - and what an amazing job we think we're doing.

About the job:

· Greeting all pet parents with a smile and friendly tone

· Answering multiple phone lines and following up with clients

· Checking patients in and invoicing their visit

· Scheduling appointments

· Forward scheduling

· Credit card and cash transactions

· Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction

· Recording messages for doctors and staff

· Updating patient charts and requesting previous records

· Handling ingoing and outgoing email

· Retrieve prescriptions

· Assist with pet supply purchases such as food and grooming items

· Maintain the cleanliness of the waiting room, work stations and restrooms

· Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication

· Provide accurate and complete information by using the right methods and tools for success

· Go the extra mile to engage customers

About you:

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $ $20.00 per hour DOE

Schedule:

  • 8-10 hour shifts

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • 2 years of veterinary field experience required.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with customers at all levels of the organization including management, employees and customers.
  • Must be able to pass drug test
