As our Human Resources Generalist, you'll be the driving force behind our talent acquisition efforts. You'll manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job postings to onboarding new hires, and support broader HR functions including benefits, compliance, and employee Engagement. As a Team Member at ISA, you will Engage with ISA Teammates in ways that project Respect, Accountability, Collaboration, and Shared Success.

Key Responsibilities

RecruitmentHiring (Primary Focus)

  • Lead end-to-end recruiting: job postings, applicant tracking, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer letters.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to create job descriptions.
  • Manage job board postings and optimize applicant flow.
  • Coordinate interviews and ensure timely communication with candidates.
  • Request background checks and manage pre-employment documentation.

OnboardingOrientation

  • Deliver engaging new hire orientations that reflect ISA's brand and culture.
  • Partner with department managers to ensure smooth onboarding and training.

HR Administration

  • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance.
  • Assist with benefits administration and open enrollment.
  • Support audits and generate HR reports.
  • Serve as a resource for employee questions on policies and benefits.
  • Assists in the implementation of company policies.

Employee RelationsSupport

  • Help coordinate employee communications, Engagement activities, and recognition programs.
  • Support performance management and training initiatives.

Special Projects

  • Contribute to HR initiatives such as wellness programs and Team-building events.
  • Take on additional tasks assigned by HR leadership.

Who You Are

Your Background:

  • College degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is preferred.
  • 2+ years of HR experience, with a strong emphasis on recruiting.
  • Human Resources Certification (PHR, SHRM-CP) is preferred.
  • Experience recruiting for a contact center or high-volume customer service roles is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS/ATS systems.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and best practices.
  • Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
