We are an employment agency and seeking an Office Assistant (For OPT students) for a major Japanese logistics company located in Rancho Dominguez, CA.

◉Salary: $17–$18/hr

Job Duties:

・Provide administrative and operational support to the sales team

・Prepare quotations and basic documents

・Communicate with customers via email and phone

・Assist with basic warehouse coordination tasks

・Work closely with the outside sales team

・Support general logistics duties and internal operations

・Learn logistics fundamentals through structured training

※ Most current employees joined with no prior logistics experience

※ This role offers strong career-building opportunities

※ No visa sponsorship after OPT completion

Working Hours:

8:30 AM – 5:00 PM (30-minute break)

Qualifications:

・Basic PC skills

・Japanese–English bilingual preferred

・Strong multitasking ability and communication skills

・Eager to learn and grow in a professional environment

Pay: $ $18.00 per hour
