Overview

Seeking a highly organized Digital Producer to manage a fast-paced post-production workflow. This role partners directly with an editor to track, organize, and ensure on-time delivery of approximately 200 video exports across multiple formats, runtimes, languages, and country-specific requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and maintain the full delivery tracker for all video assets.
  • Collaborate closely with the editor to schedule output, manage priorities, and ensure accuracy across all export variations.
  • Manage deliverables across multiple aspect ratios (16x9, 9x16, 4x3, 4x5, 1x1).
  • Track and organize all language translation versions.
  • Coordinate three base trailers across multiple runtimes (long form, :30, :15, :09).
  • Ensure each asset meets the correct regional content ratings and technical specifications.
  • Communicate progress, daily status, blockers, and risks to the internal team.
  • Perform QC checks to confirm specs, naming conventions, and versioning accuracy before delivery.
  • Work with production and post teams to manage deadlines and maintain a smooth pipeline.
  • Possibility of assisting with other projects as well within that time frame

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Digital Producer, Post Producer, or similar role in video/advertising.
  • Strong understanding of post-production workflows, versioning, and export management.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to juggle high-volume deliveries under tight timelines.
  • Experience tracking multi-market or multilingual campaigns preferred.
  • Familiarity with platform-specific specs (YouTube, Meta, TikTok, broadcast, etc.) is a plus.
  • Comfortable collaborating closely with editors and internal stakeholders.
