We're looking for a creative graphic designer to help tell our story across all channels.

The Role

We're seeking a versatile Graphic Designer who can bring our brand to life across digital, social, video, and print media. This multifaceted role requires someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and can seamlessly shift between designing email campaigns, creating social media content, editing video, and producing beautiful print collateral. You'll work closely with our Marketing department and company owners in an open, creative environment where your ideas and contributions are valued.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Marketing & E-Commerce:

• Design and develop creative assets for email marketing campaigns in Klaviyo
• Build and execute email campaigns, including scheduling, segmentation, and A/B testing
• Create compelling landing pages and homepage designs within Shopify
• Develop eye-catching creative for Google Display Ads and other digital advertising platforms

Social Media:

• Create engaging social media marketing assets for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other platforms
• Design graphics, animations, and visual content optimized for social media
• Develop consistent branded content that drives engagement and awareness

Video & Motion Graphics:

• Edit videos using CapCut, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, or other video editing tools
• Create engaging video content for social media, website, and advertising campaigns

Print & Packaging:

• Design marketing collateral, including flyers, brochures, and promotional materials
• Create packaging designs and product labeling
• Develop print advertising creative for magazines and other publications
• Produce in-store signage and point-of-sale materials

Required Skills & Experience

• Must have a minimum of 7 years of Graphic Design experience
• Proven experience in graphic design across digital, social, video, and print
• Strong proficiency with Klaviyo or other email marketing platforms
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite
• Experience creating social media marketing assets and understanding platform-specific requirements
• Demonstrated ability to create both digital and print assets
• Experience with Google Display Ads or similar digital advertising platforms
• Portfolio showcasing diverse work across multiple mediums
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain brand consistency
• Strong time management skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Collaborative mindset and excellent communication skills

Additional Skills & Qualifications Preferred but Not Required

• Experience in the luxury retail, beauty, or fragrance industries
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS for email templates
• Photography or photo editing skills
• Understanding of UX/UI principles
• Experience with Shopify for creative development and page building
• Understanding of e-commerce best practices and conversion optimization

Position Details

• Location: Burbank, CA
• Schedule: Full-time, on-site 5 days per week
