Raleigh Therapy Services, Inc. has an immediate opening for a Speech-Language Pathologist in the Raleigh area. Pediatric experience and feeding skills are a plus

We are a family- and therapist-owned private practice providing occupational, speech, and physical therapy services for children from birth to age 21 across the Triangle. In addition to our high-quality clinic-based services in Raleigh, our therapists also provide community-based therapy in a variety of settings throughout the region.

  • Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for pediatric clients.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each child's needs.
  • Collaborate with families, caregivers, and educators to support client progress.
  • Provide therapy sessions in our clinic as well as natural environments such as homes and schools.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of client progress and treatment outcomes.
  • Stay current with best practices and advancements in speech-language pathology.
  • Educate families and caregivers on strategies to support communication development.
  • Participate in team meetings and ongoing professional development activities.

  • Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent.
  • Valid state licensure or certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
  • Experience working with pediatric populations, especially in school or early intervention settings.
  • Strong knowledge of speech therapy techniques and pediatric development.
  • Excellent communication skills with children, families, and team members.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  • Familiarity with medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology relevant to speech-language pathology.
  • Passion for helping children achieve their communication goals.
