Location of job 801 West Easy Street, Rogers, AR 72756

Primary Function. To ensure timely put away of product from the dock into the freezer or blast. To accurately pull trucks for shipment.

Typical Physical Demands Bending, stretching or lifting will be required. Requires the ability to work under high stress conditions for long periods of time. Ability to properly fill out paperwork. Requires computer R/F monitor work.

Typical Working Conditions. Time will be spent inside the cold storage with the proper gear provided by the company to succeed in this environment.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Accurately scan proper locations and levels when putting up or moving pallets
  • Verify that all pallets are free of damage before shipment
  • Verify proper case count and product codes on all inbound and outbound loads
  • Take accurate temps on all product coming out of the blast as required
  • Communicate with dock personnel to know what loads are ready and where product needs to be staged
  • Replace broken pallets before shipment
  • Keep freezers swept and clean
  • Other duties as assigned

Job Qualifications * Ability to handle multiple tasks at a time

  • Computer proficiency with R/F technology
  • Demonstrate ability to work well with other individuals and teams to achieve timely truck loading and unloading
  • Be able to drive a forklift in drive-in racks.
