We are seeking a bilingual English & Chinese candidate for the position of Accounts Receivables Clerk in North Bergen, NJ. This role is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely processing of customer invoices, payments, and account reconciliations.

Responsibilities and duties include but are not limited to:

  • Prepare, issue, and track customer invoices and statements
  • Process incoming check and ACH payments
  • Monitor AR aging reports and follow up with customers on past-due balances
  • Communicate with customers to resolve billing discrepancies or payment issues
  • Assist with month-end closing activities, including account reconciliations and reporting
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation
  • Receive, record, and invoice sales orders
  • Provide general customer service

Qualifications:

  • Hard-working and motivated self-starter with strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Must be able to speak Mandarin OR Cantonese Chinese
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Excel
  • Bachelor's or Associate's degree in accounting, finance, or business preferred. High school diploma or equivalent required may be considered if paired with experience in accounts receivable, accounting, or a similar finance role.

Work Environment: Office-based with standard weekday schedule; hours and schedule can be negotiated

Competitive compensation commensurate with experience and background.
